Founded in Istanbul in 2013, Poseidon Sailing aims to introduce the world of sailing and maritime activities to individuals in Turkey who are unfamiliar with this world, through its professional training approach and innovative vision. Poseidon Sailing aims to spread maritime culture and instill a love of seafaring by showing young and adult populations that sailing can be done at any age. In line with its founding purpose, Poseidon Sailing started its trainings with a fleet of 4 modern boats in Kalamış Marina and aims to offer students more practical and safe experiences by expanding its fleet every year.

The reason for choosing the name “Poseidon” is that in Greek Mythology, Poseidon, the god of the sea and earthquakes, represents power and ambition. Since its establishment, Poseidon Sailing has aimed to be a leading training institution in its sector, ensuring high standards in training quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. By prioritizing innovation, excellence, and respect for the sea, Poseidon Sailing continues to inspire its students to become responsible and competent sailors.
