The “Teambuilding” program, designed to foster seamless collaboration among your employees, provides the opportunity to assess individual performance while enhancing their ability to solve problems collectively. During the first half of the day, participants will receive theoretical training covering essential concepts and strategic approaches. In the second half, they will engage in a competitive sailing experience aboard similar yachts, racing against one another in a controlled and enjoyable environment. Throughout the practical session, our expert team will closely observe each participant’s performance, and at the end of the day, a comprehensive evaluation report will be prepared for every employee. This approach ensures a valuable and comprehensive experience, strengthening team cohesion while providing measurable insights into individual skills and competencies.
